Seeking full-time Caretaker/Resident Manager for large historic apartment building.
Janitorial, carpentry, and basic computer skills required.
Compensation: hourly wage, two-bedroom apartment, garage space, storage locker & potential bonuses.
Responsible for renting units, preparing vacant units for new tenants, common-area maintenance, light grounds keeping, and supervising vendors and an assistant manager.
