Wright Brothers, The Building Company - Seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction superintendent to oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet our quality, safety, and timeline standards while managing on-site teams and collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors; strong leadership, problem-solving, and budget management skills required."

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure execution of project design and contractual timelines.

Oversee all construction activities, pro-actively coordinate subcontractors & delivery of materials, assess & track

production rates, verify installations and maintain quality expectations.

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Monitor project budgets, identify potential cost variances, and implement corrective actions to stay within financial parameters.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design issues and maintain project flow.

Conduct daily site inspections to assess quality of work, identify potential issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Resolve conflicts and problems on-site, including coordinating with subcontractors to address any discrepancies and areas of congestion.

Actively manage project documentation, verifications, coordination meetings, daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent in commercial construction projects.

Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple subcontractors.

Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Proficiency in construction scheduling software and project management tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address potential issues proactively.
