Description We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. This role will primarily involve financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting activities in a hybrid work setting. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, with the potential of a hybrid work arrangement.Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist in financial decision-making. Utilize ERP solutions such as SAP and QuickBooks for data mining and financial modeling. Assist in budget processes and expense reporting to ensure the efficient use of resources. Aid in the monthly financial close process, including general ledger accounting. Provide support for various projects, focusing on financial analysis and reporting. Utilize advanced Excel skills for analysis and financial modeling. Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the finance and accounting team. Maintain flexible knowledge to assist in FP& A activities when necessary. Work collaboratively with the finance team, contributing to a relaxed but productive work environment. Adhere to the business casual dress code, maintaining a professional presence while on-site. Skills: Proficient in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and other relevant financial software. Strong understanding of accounting functions and budget processes. Expertise in SAP, QuickBooks, Financial Analysis, and Financial Modeling. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data. Requirements Proven experience in a Sr. Financial Analyst role or similar Comprehensive knowledge of CapEx, CRM, and Data Mining Techniques Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions Familiarity with About Time, Accounting Functions, and Budget Processes Experience with Expense Reporting and Finance Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, Financial Analysis, and Financial Modeling Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
