Maintain implementation and insure adherence to accounting policies and procedures

Establish relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

Gather a number of technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies

Assist the accounting team during the closing process to assure deadlines are met

Sophisticated preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits

Detect and prepare process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency

Backfill for Controller as needed

Scan and conceive Ad Hoc financial reports

Promote accountability and the meeting of deliverables

Confirm regular account reconciliation to completion

Assist with the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting

Perform other duties when necessary

Encourage to ensure a competent, trained staff through goal setting, regular assessment, and development

Salary Information:$70,000.00 - 80,000.00. Understanding GAAP and firm accounting policies and procedure

Full Cycle Accounting experience required

Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll

Quickbooks Online experience desired

Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

In-depth knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Prior accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

CPA an added bonus

Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills

5+ years of general ledger accounting experience
