The role we are looking to fill is an Assistant Controller. This position requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail to join our team. As an Assistant Controller, you will be accountable for handling customer applications, keeping precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action.Responsibilities: Ensuring accurate processing of customer credit applications in a timely manner Keeping precise records of customer credit Managing customer inquiries efficiently and professionally Overseeing customer accounts and executing appropriate interventions when necessary Partnering with finance business to manage budget and variance analysis Handling standard costing and running the close process for the plant Auditing financial activities to ensure compliance and accuracy Leading a small team and fostering a positive work culture Liaising with other departments to ensure financial operations run smoothly Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures in line with industry standardsPlease contact Jamie Benway with Robert Half to review this position.
