Customer Service Representative

Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Vancouver, WA!Job Description:

Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warranty claims

Assist customers with sales and product questions

Help troubleshoot product issues

Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs

Skills & Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (3+ years preferred)

6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred

Ability to type 40+ WPM

Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player. 4 year College Degree Preferred or a minimum of 3 years direct industry experience.
