Analyzing financial statements and revenues to provide insight into company performance.
Utilizing SQL for managing and manipulating large data sets.
Implementing advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, lookups, and logical statements to analyze large data sets.
Working with fee schedules (CMS, RVUs) in a healthcare setting.
Understanding and applying Medicare billing processes.
Assisting with budget processes and profit and loss (P& L) analysis.
Keeping up-to-date with Power Pivot or Power BI to enhance data analysis capabilities.

3+ years of Analysis experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of CMS Fee Schedules and Medicare Billing
Expertise in applying data mining techniques for extracting useful business insights from large datasets
Strong SQL skills for managing and manipulating financial datasets.
Ability to understand and analyze P& L statements to guide business decisions.
Experience in analyzing revenues to identify trends and make financial forecasts and recommendations
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Continuous learning mindset with a desire for growth
