Working closely with the client design team to support (working with vendors to define scope and manage deliverables), plan and initiate programs across all Geographies and across all business divisions for both new and existing facilities. Managing technical decision-making processes with worldwide building design team.

Partner with program team to drive an effective adoption of the program.

Complexity: Medium to HighRisk: Medium to HighDuration: 12 months with Potential ExtensionGeography: NationalESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport implementation of clients’ carbon reduction strategies by driving program initiatives.Collaborate with design partners and client to align with Net Zero Carbon Initiative and ensure key milestones are met.Identify and prioritize initiatives based on an evaluation of their life cycle cost.Engage with design partners and client to identify and implement sustainable products, processes, best practices and technologies, to support the client's goals of integrating no or low-cost NZC design measures into the global design standards.Facilitate regular meetings to review scope, progress, and status updates with multiple design partners for active and pending program initiatives. Collaborates with core team to develop solutions through implementation and completion.Responsible for reporting status of individual program initiatives and updating tracking metrics. Provides appropriate level of detail and summarizes complex issues succinctly.Manages internal and external relationships in support of program. Will manage vendors and design partners. May provide consultation on complex medium to high scale projects that integrate into the program.Creates, maintains, and distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports, schedules and updated Gantt charts.Develop, track and manage program activities.Foster motivation to meet goals.Support the broader sustainability awareness effort on the account and serve a point of reference for efficiency and sustainability.Maintain an open communication with the CBRE executives to keep the team delivery approach aligned with the account goals.Reviewing Construction Documents, Engineering Documents, Sustainability Initiatives.Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk with management support.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Sustainabilityqualifications and experience would be valued, but not required.A proven track record of effectively partnering with a wide variety of stakeholder groups on sustainability, ideally within or in support of a corporate context.Strong quantitative, qualitative, and program management skills.A strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Asana, Visio required; Revit, BlueBeam, BIM 360 SmartSheet, AutoCAD preferred.Prior Supervisory experience preferred.CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESPgMP (Program Management Professional), or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.BREEAM, LEED, WELL, LFA Accredited Professional preferred.COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
