We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager who is professional with high standards, along with an excellent knowledge of food and beverage.As Food and Beverage Manager you will support the Deputy General Manager in all day to day operations, ensuring the smooth running of this hotel, with a very strong focus on food and beverage operations. Responsible for departmental costs, stock control, this is a 'hands-on' role which requires the applicant to be focused on excellent customer care.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all functions, weddings and events are run smoothly and efficiently.Cover Duty Manager shifts, including breakfast, depending on business requirementsProviding a friendly, courteous and professional service at all timesManage and provide direction to all Food and Beverage employees during shiftsEnsure each customer receives impeccable serviceContributing to the creation of new food and drink offeringsDelegating tasks and checking their executionEnsure a highly customer focused environment, by building a focused team in all areas of the hotelPossessing a depth beverage knowledge such as wines, cocktails and spiritsSupervise the set up and breakdown of the outlets and meeting event spaces.Undertake monthly stock takes and overseeing and ordering of stockResponsible for H&S, FSA requirements, Allergy Laws and Hygiene ratingsEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide
