Sunnyslope Insurance is a family owned insurance agency located in Wenatchee, Washington. Sunnyslope Insurance specializes in commercial farm and federal crop insurance. Owner Kyle Mahuika, has 11 years of insurance experience in the agricultural industry in Eastern Washington. The Agriculture Insurance Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the servicing of multi-peril crop insurance, hail insurance, and commercial P&C insurance. The Agriculture Insurance Account Manager should provide the best service for customers on behalf of Sunnyslope Insurance and companies we represent. New business sales not required, but opportunity exists if desired. Candidate will be expertly trained.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS:
⢠Service new and existing customers
⢠Ability to read, analyze, and understand insurance forms, applications and manuals
⢠Strong verbal skills to effectively communicate with customers
⢠Understanding of general math skills- i.e., averages and percentages
⢠Comprehend and understand insurance products, policies, and procedures
⢠Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers, coworkers and insurance companies via phone, email, and in person
⢠Exhibit core values of honesty, integrity and hard work
⢠Strong organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities and manage work load
⢠Ability to set and achieve goals, and work successfully in a team environment
⢠Computer skills Microsoft Excel and Word
⢠Insurance and agricultural experience preferred and must attain Washington State Insurance License
⢠Higher education preferred
