We will be hiring Seasonal Full-Time Food and Beverage Manager
Wednesday through Sunday
Closed Monday and Tuesday
We are an independently owned and operated restaurant that has a full kitchen, bar and espresso program. We are looking for a Manager that has the knowledge and experience to join our team.
Must be able to work independently, feel comfortable directing staff, and have an eye for detail!
Duties include
-Communication with owners and management about staffing/customer service/product
-Training new staff/testing/covering when needed
-Making sure all side-work is completed by staff
-Assistance with general maintenance and cleaning
-Troubleshooting potential issues and helping correct
-General floor management
-Ordering product
Qualified applicants must
-Have at least of 2 years of Management experience in a similar environment.
-Must have a strong knowledge of cocktails, food, espresso and wine.
-Have outstanding customer service skills.
-Be 21
-Be able to work independently and efficiently
