Location – 709 Front Street, Leavenworth, Washington
Position – Food & Beverage Manager
Terms – Full time position involving occasionally varying schedule and weekend work
Position reports to: CEO
Candidate Experience & Qualifications
Food and beverage experience required
Food and beverage management or other Hospitality management experience preferred
Food Handlers Permit – Must acquire within 30 days of hire if not current
Washington MAST Card – Must acquire within 60 days of hire if not current
ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification – Must acquire within 90 days of hire if not current
Cicerone Certified Beer Server Certification – Must acquire within 120 days of hire if not current
Responsibilities Overview
Exemplify company purpose, mission, and values
Oversee, prioritize, and ensure high quality prep kitchen output
Oversee and manage prep kitchen operations, inventory, ordering, cost of goods sold, budgets, and expenses
Work collaboratively with Management Team and CEO to maintain best practices for safe, high-performance facilities and sustainable business operations
Working Conditions
Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, sanitation chemicals and water
The ability to transport up to 60 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly
Compensation
Competitive wage commensurate with experience: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour, DOE
