Kahler Mountain Club is seeking a Manager of Restaurant Operations to lead our kitchen, bar, service, and events team in one of the most scenic areas of Washington state. Located near \lake Wenatchee, our club offers a vibrant and dynamic environment that includes a golf course, athletic center, and year-round outdoor activities.
Key Responsibilities include: >Oversee day-to-day operation of the restaurant, kitchen, bar and events services >Lead, train and set performance standards for staff >Ensure compliance with state and local food and safety regulations > Manage budgets, inventory, and labor costs efficiently > Work collaboratively with other departments within the mountain club > Jump into kitchen when needed- hands-on cooking experience is essential
