We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. This dual-role position requires an individual who excels at delivering top-tier service while creating handcrafted cocktails that delight our guests. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they leave. Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely, professional manner.
-Maintain an organized bar, restocking supplies and always ensuring cleanliness.
-Engage with guests to recommend and create custom cocktails based on preferences.
-Ensure all legal and company protocols related to alcohol service are followed.
-Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
-Answer menu questions, explain ingredients, and suggest dishes and\ drinks that complement the experience.
-Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring tables are properly set and utensils are stocked.
-Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
-Work closely with fellow servers /bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth operation.
-Participate in pre-shift meetings to stay informed on specials, promotions, and any menu updates.
-Uphold the Karma brand’s standards of hospitality and quality in every interaction with guests.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
-Knowledge of craft cocktails, bartending techniques, and beverage pairing.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy setting.
-A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
-Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
