You must inherently respect the job site and treat the home you are working on as if it is your own. You must treat your co-workers, the clients, the subcontractors, and everyone who comes onto the job with courtesy and patience. Craftsman. You must want to do the job right, and you must insist that those around you do not cut corners. You hold yourself and your teammates to the highest possible standards. We don’t expect you to know it all (we will train), but we do expect you to do your job well all day, every day.
Hard Worker. This is a physical job, and you must be prepared for long, hard days of taxing labor. We do not expect that you will show up every day and work at break-neck speed, but we do expect you to have a sense of urgency about everything you do. There will be occasional days when you will asked to work late to complete a critical task and keep the job moving.
Reliable. You need to show up on time every day regardless of personal circumstances, the condition of your vehicle, or weather. You are the person that everyone knows will be there to get the job done with a great attitude and prepared for all conditions.
Flexible. You will be required to do a bit of everything including, but not limited to demolition, framing, trim carpentry, site clean-up, punch list, and warranty work. You will need to be able to move quickly from task-to-task without getting overwhelmed.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3 years of residential remodeling experience
- Preferably has the following skills:
· High school graduate
· Your own reliable vehicle and driver’s license
· Basic hand tools
· Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test
· Provide proof of clean driving record?

Schedule:
8-hour shift (may include some longer or shorter days.)
