Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: Wenatchee Valley Area (with travel up to 15 miles outside of town)
Employment Type: Full-Time /Part-Time
Wage Rate: $25- $36 per hour

We are committed to delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled team member to learn and be an asst. Project Manager to join our team and oversee multiple residential construction projects in the Wenatchee Valley area and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities:
This applicant must be professional and willing to learn and grow.
Project Oversight: Manage and oversee multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
Scheduling: Work with leadership team to create project schedules and milestone dates. Responsible for ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Track vendors, supplies, and subcontractors on sites. Call suppliers and subcontractors to request bids and send them.
Material Coordination: Manage material deliveries with the site foreman and subcontractors. Ensure bid and material sales align.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
Documentation: Use Microsoft Word and Excel for project documentation. Familiarity with Adobe or Bluebeam is preferred but not required.
Customer Service: Be customer forward and possess great communication skills.
Bid Assistance: Assist the sales team on bid walks and help create bids for prospective clients.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in residential construction. 2+ years minimum.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Adobe or Bluebeam is a plus. Ideal candidate is organized and professional, and process oriented.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation or the ability to drive a company-provided vehicle.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 15 miles outside of the Wenatchee Valley area as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
Wage Rate: $25-$36per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Company Truck: Available for use after 30 days of employment.
Company Credit Card: Provided for business expenses.
