Job Description

• Create functional designs to support functionality
• Provide requirement and design related assistance to the development team as required
• Assist in creating testing artifacts to support functionality
• Execute test scripts supporting functionality decisions
• Engaging with key client stakeholders to develop strategies for personnel development
• Cross-functional engagement to support the overall program mission

• 3+ years’ experience conducting requirement analysis and/or design with PRPC
• Experience gathering/documenting requirements an-Participate in Requirement Analysis and Design discussions with client stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort engaging senior-level client stakeholders
• Experience briefing the client and AFS leadership with bi-weekly and ad hoc status reports.
• Experience leading functional analysts.
• Experience with schedule management.

• Understanding of inventory of OOTB Pega workflows
• Understanding of Pega framework
