Job Description

ANALYGENCE is hiring a Senior Management Analyst - Knowledge Managementto join our team supporting DHS CISA ISD. A division within CISA, the Infrastructure Security Division (ISD) is the lead organization responsible for implementing the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP) partnership and coordinating national programs and policies on critical infrastructure security and resilience.

• Serveas SharePoint enterprise site collection administrator as well as design, development, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance support of specific sites, tools, workflows, databases, libraries, etc. to support business process automation, efficiency improvement and other KM efforts.
• Conduct a review and assessment of the current KM environment, working with the various parts of the organization.
• Leverage existing data to support the development of a KM Strategic Plan to include a coordinated strategy of leveraging the organization’s personnel, business processes, and available technology tools to be implemented throughout the organization.
• Assist to refine and implement the Business Process Automation component of the organization’s ongoing KM Efforts.
• Support the development and present a change management plan to assist the organization in transitioning to a Knowledge-Based organization with well-developed and executed organizational processes, purpose and perspective.
• Supportthe development of KM metrics and data milestones achieved and present these to the organization’s personnel at periodic intervals to keep the planning project in focus and to ensure that the organization’s personnel are aware of the ongoing activity and allow them to provide feedback.
• Developa training plan for the organization to allow its personnel to upgrade/hone their KM skills. This plan shall also ensure buy-in and active participation in the KM project for the long-term. It is crucial that the largest possible number of the organization’s personnel have a thorough understanding of the purpose of KM in general and the organization’s KM effort, so they will contribute to the KM knowledgebase and appreciate its benefits and importance.
• Provide subject matter expertise in mining the data from both the information captured through the initial review process and the continuous flow of information and queries that will be presented once the KM rollout is implemented in order to allow for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 10 Year's experience as a Knowledge Management Specialist
• SharePoint development experience
• Master’s Degree in Information Management, or related discipline
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communications skills
