Rock star needed. Looking for an EXPERIENCED manager/cook. MUST have strong work ethic, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, alarm clock that WORKS!, a desire to build a business, strong organizational and management skills, valid driver's license.
You will be doing morning prep, which starts at 8:00 (not 8:01), operating the truck, doing inventory, managing the team and cooking our recipes.
I will not put up with addictions, excuses, laziness, addiction, excuses, laziness, or addictions, excuses and laziness.
Pay will be based upon your experience, and can increase based upon performance. References are a must. Looking for someone full time and permanent. No slackers, addicts, whiners or zombies.
