You may have seen or previously come across articles or ads about, certain "hardship" opportunities, coming available or already available, within the Cannabis Industry, and for persons who've been previously incarcerated or subject to other forms or types of harsh injustices or punishments related to Cannabis and Cannabis crimes. This ad is for something similar, but also very different. This is my privatized version:)
To accept this contract, you must relocate to our Nation's Capitol City - Washington D.C. You cannot already live in D.C. Your room and board is covered, you are not expected to come up with investment capitol, or equipment. However, you WILL be working under my training and tutelage to assist me as I (WE) found, fund, and further, a LEGALLY-focused and new Cannabis Company. This Independent Contractor position, is for an Indoor Cannabis farmer, to be trained over a period of about two years, before transitioning into a larger growing facility.
To start, we work out of a single bedroom which we will build-out as a clandestine/secret indoor cannabis gardenyes, I said "secret." Although Cannabis growth has been legalized in D.C. for adults, there are strict limits and rules which we do follow; there are also thieves, robbers, nasty neighbors, nasty landlords, crooked cops, crooked competitionthere is a lot of work left to do, to get Cannabis and Hemp rightly integrated back into American society, responsibly and effectively.
This company (which you will become a significant part of as you are trained to be lead grower and executive advisor) will NOT be about gimmicks and/or dishonesty; it will be focused on seed acquisition from landrace regions (you should be interested in travel abroad) to breed strains of our own - later on down the line, and online seed sales. We will start with a focus on online marketing, and on local "grey" and "gifting," and evolving into dispensary or cultivation licensure, and also focusing on global-abroad markets; a medical contract for supplying a European Medical Marijuana GOV Contract, is of interest to me, also. You should be willing to go abroad, too. For the first 1-3 years, you will live and learn with me, in a one bedroom unit. We will next transition over to a small house, and then to open a garden abroad too.
Do not just see "cannabis" and "dollar signs" as you read this, and think this is for you. This is a hardship opportunity; and, you must have a hardship that you can claim. This part is your responsibility to articulate. Are you a cannabis felon in a jurisdiction that has not come around to legal cannabis, yet? Are you a former addict of harder drugsand cannabis helped you? Are you from a low income family? Are you or were you homeless? We're you dishonorably discharged over a Cannabis Offense? Whatever your hardshipyou are responsible for articulating it, and you are responsible for supplying documentation to prove it.
This contract does not come without risk. For instance, we have to BOTH produce AND market, together, in a legally acceptable mannerin order to earn profits. Both our incomes depend on our turning a profit. When you get to D.C. you will no longer have to pay rent or utilities or for a phone bill, your food and your meals are without cost. I have our residence ready to go, and most equipment purchased already.
I am seeking an Independent Contractor - a NON Experienced one - who wants to be a significant part of a new, LEGAL & ABOVE BOARD CANNABIS COMPANY for long-term, and who wants to be trained over about two years, as an Indoor Cannabis Farmer (of a Clandestine - Secret in nature urban hidden garden) and a Caregiver for a partly-disabled person and grower (live-in position). You will move in with me, as my 'round the clock live-in Caregiver. You MUST actually perform these duties as well; don't worryI don't need you to bathe me, feed me, or change my diapers; but, you will be expected to keep up with the housecleaning duties (growing is literally a lifestyle, and in order to keep a pristine garden, we must keep a pristinely clean home; you will be a light caretaker, a prep cook, a housecleaner, also). I AM partially disabled, and this is why I am creating this position. I have not decided yet if I will bring on just yourself OR if I will include one additional person; if we bring on another person to reduce your workload, we will also get paid lessso, we will just have to see if it ends up being needed, or if we can do it ourselves until we get a bigger home. This is for a very long term position, ideally-speaking; you should really want to become a grower. You should be highly motivated and be a cannabis consumer too. Another downside - you will need to bring enough of your own Cannabis Supply so you have medicine until our first harvest. I cannot afford to supply mine and yours :(
This is for a LEGAL Cannabis Company. It is "highly" clandestine - due to the stigmas that still exist - due to potential for robbery, due to corrupt local police and feds, due to drug gangs here and all throughout the U.S., due to nosy neighbors, due to nasty landlords (you should get the picture), and it is in Washington D.C. - National Capitol City. You need to be able to come across as at least somewhat of a non-stoner; sorry, but it isn't a perfect world for cannabis consumersat least, not yet. You must be able to conduct yourself responsibly.
Remember, this is a "hardship" opportunity coming available for someone interested in being lead grower for a Cannabis Company, focused in the Legal Market. You should be 100% willing to RELOCATE to Washington D.C. This will be a 2or3-person company for the near future at least; your contract is to come in as a live-in caretaker and you will learn to grow very fine, high-quality Cannabis, from me teaching you. I am seeking someone interested in being fully vested and involved in starting a new Cannabis Company. I would like to set a future goal of acquiring a contract for medical cannabis production in Europe, again, in the future; you should be interested in the industry in Canna-friendly Countries abroad also. To begin, I foresee Internet sales to legal jurisdictions, and local grey/gifting, while raising capital for a license or the next best step. The contract is fairly simple; if it remains only me and you - we divide profits (AFTER COSTS COVERED) - 35% to me, 35% to you, 30% into the company (yes, the company MUST grow too; I have a personal goal which I wish to achieve, and building this company is one way I may be able to achieve said goal. If we bring a third person on, we switch to 25%x25%x25%and25%(into the company). If just you and me can do it all, great! If we need another person, we'll do so. You MUST BE HIGHLY MOTIVATED but not so jumpy that you drive me up the wall
This ad is NOT for police or criminals. Please, do not waste either of our time. Washington D.C. limits adults to 6 plants each imagine the difficulty of growing hundreds of pounds of pot to sell to illicit dealers, with a mere 6 plantsit isn't worth it. Plus, this is high quality consumer and medical grade cannabis, not what you buy in bulk for resale. With that said - and here is some important information for you, young (or old) grasshopper - it is not merely plant count that determines harvest weight, it is actually the watts of your lights. We can still produce well, especially with a continuously operating garden, year-round. Remember, this is for growing LEGAL plant counts, and super-high grade, super-high quality cannabis. It is an opportunity to be trained as an Independent Contractor, indoor grower, at LEGAL plant limits, over a duration of time, using the Sea of Green or Screen of Green growing methods. You will also be trained in the laws regarding cannabis, and you will be expected to listen and learn, so you can teach someone when we expand.
If you live in D.C. - THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. If you are already an experienced grower - NOT FOR YOU. During off hours, there are Museums, and things to see. Our Supreme Court, Congress, White House all here to see. Profit is what is left after electric, supplies, any new equipment, etc. You must relocate to D.C. where this is legal. You pay zero rent and you live-in, while being trained; you invest zero money for equipment. You also however, do have the duties of a care-taker, housekeeper, cook. This is a full time and then some deal, you will be expected to be highly interested in helping to found a brand new Cannabis Companyand to be the lead grower after you are formally trained. I will want someone who can take orders, but who is also trust-worthy and can give input and good advisement. You earn profit from each harvest, and we use the Screen of Green Method of Indoor Growing. Please research these grow methods
This is not for the illegal markets focus; to begin, we will focus online, local-courier, local-shops, possible regional shops, etc. The goal will be to expand to abroad markets in medical (NL, Eastern Europe), to seed sales online, to clones online sales, etc., to even U.S. Medical Dispensary and Cultivator Licensures. I will be contracting with you, and also potentially with one other person for our marketing and some other things. In the future, a larger staff can be hired on for expansion.
If this contract is for you, you will have to learn to live without a smartphone; none allowed in the home, period (sorry folks)zero tolerance. In the residence, there is no wifi; and, no cellular or smartphones are permitted (no pics of the garden[ing] allowed). For Internet access, we do have Ethernet cables and adapters so you can get online. There will be a tablet available to use. No screen-flippers allowed hereand, you must also learn the rules for Internet access at the facility. If you're someone who cannot live without social media not for you. If you have forgotten what life is like without a smartphone in your hands 24/7 it's actually quite relieving;).
At this time, there is ONLY ONE MODEL AND MANUFACTURER of smartphone that I approve; and, it's about $1000.00 for two devices. After training you, I may be open to using this new model I have been looking into. I gave up smartphones in 2024; and, I am glad I did so; if you cannot dump your cell, this isn't for you. I also have a zero-tolerance policy, for hard drugs; if you are sober and you fall off the wagonI will do my best to support you, but the lead grower must be able to do his or her job, or he or she will be replaced. Beer and wine are indeed allowed, as long as you don't go so heavy that your job duties suffer and/or you are an aggressive drinker or break stuff, get too loud, etc I too have a few beers often; but, no hard booze or liquor are allowed here. This is zero tolerance too (no boozes or super hard liquors).
Our first residential location where we grow in clandestine fashion (even though legal - we have nosy neighbors, nasty landlords, thieves, crooked cops, robbers and rippers, etc.being 100% clandestine is 100% necessary here) is a nice apartment. We must start in an apartment and move to a house within a few yearsmaybe less. Our rent is 0.00$yeah, I said that. I have the equipment needed to start, also; you earn, and you pay zero rent to live in, while you learn. But, you are learning so you can take on the responsibility of being lead grower for this new cannabiz. There are also alot of catches in this deal, it is not some get rich quick scheme. You are going to be working with a partly-disabled grower; I have decided to try my hand in this industry now as I have a lot of prior experience, and as Cannabis is slowly being legalized. Your job is to come in and learn to be a grower; but you also live in as my full time Assistant and light Care Taker and Housekeeper and prep cook, etc. AND(remember, you pay nothing for rent or equipment and you are on for a substantial percentageif we can work well together as a team, we just might be able to build up something lasting) you actually will be DOING fairly extensive caretaker and cooking and cleaning work. Also, I am not opposed to bringing on a third person if it truly seems like we need another. Running an Indoor Grow requires highly pristine conditions and a very clean environment. This is for growing HIGHLY PRISTINE INDOOR CANNABIS. We use ScreenofGreen method to harvest, all the year round. You cannot do this and another job, it just won't work. If you are a student, it must be half time or less.
More catch-22'sNO SMARTPHONES, NO CELLPHONES. If you wish to be considered for this contract position - you must be willing to give up the smartphone during training - there IS wired Ethernet available in your residence and a tablet available for use and internet. (if selected), and you will also need to be a Cannabis Consumer interested in learning to grow and in holding an ongoing contract to grow for a new Cannabis Companyyou will earn percentage of profits, and you will learn to operate a grow, starting small and growing into larger legal contracts and grows. This company will pursue LEGAL contracts, not illicit onesyou should not be into the Criminal element of Cannabis, or, you should be ready to exit from that market.
Although this position is in D.C., I am not a typical DC DEM. I am an Independent, and I originally moved to D.C. to be a whistle-blower; and, now, I see that what the Trump Campaign has been saying about D.C. - that it's an actual urban SWAMP - is actually kinda true. I hate to say it, but I think Trump's team may actually be rightwe need to move our Government Offices out and away from Washington D.C. in order to have better representation of American Values within those agencies.
Anyhow, my attempt to blow the whistle has been met with more abuses of power and more corruption; so, I have decided to change my approach to one where I put my skills to use, to raise money, so I can hire a firm. Firms aren't cheap; so, here's my idea. Let's start a Cannabis Company; Cannabis is becoming legal, medical, decriminalized, all over the world right now. There's a huge market for it, and I know how to produce it, at very high quality levels. If this is for you, remember, it takes major dedication to be successful.
You can be male or female, you do need to have a healthy, strong back, and age is not really important. Although a Cannabis Consumer myself - I am religious, I am educated, I eat in daily (we prepare one substantial meal each day, usually have coffee or cappuccinoand fruit smoothies in the AMwe don't eat out at all, except perhaps now and then) - as we reside together and grow together, we also break bread and eat meals together daily. We should have at least somewhat similar palates; I eat meat, drink milk, I eat things like pizza, pork chops, steaks, ice cream; but, I also eat greens, and other healthy stuff (I figure we should have similar palates otherwise it may get tricky). Part of your duties will be to help with daily food prep; you will see that I have a disability and you will be expected to pick up that extra slack. Again, this is long-term and you won't be paying me rent.
This is why I am bringing on a partner/independent contractor; it's a bit too much for me now, solo. If it gets to be too much for us two, I am open to bringing on another teammate. However, I'd like to get into a larger residence first, if at all possible; as such, you really must be a motivated team-player who wants to work with me and with Cannabis. Again, you'll see that I need to move slower than you, that I may require more rest than you, etc., and you are expected to pick up the extra slack. You will be performing all the labor work for the garden also (YesI will show you how). Again, this is a full on, full time endeavor. You should be a Cannabis Dedicated Individual who enjoys puffing but isn't lazy. I use medically and recreationally, daily. Once we start, smoking indoors must be highly regulated to manage smellI am very serious about that Clandestine element. DC is full of drama
As I mentioned, I am a religious person; if religion offends you, you probably don't want to live and work with me. You don't have to be any particular faith; I just ask that you don't bash faiths I am open to all faith backgrounds. If every other word you say, is a curse word, I might get irritated; if you could change that, we'd be good You have to also understand the importance of learning from me, of keeping our contract private and between us two only. Remember the cellphone rule before you think about responding. You MUST also have been through a real hardship that you can both articulate and provide supporting documents for.
I will require two references that I can follow up with, and confirm you are who you say you are. You MUST be from outside of D.C. and be willing to relocate. We also raise quail for eggs, meats, and fertilizer (their poops;). Both for profits and for space, I'd like it to be just the two of us to start; and, once I move to a house with more bedrooms - we can bring on a third partner to help grow the business and expand abroad and suchand we will have more space once I buy us a house.
