Handyman needed to repair, upkeep and minor remodeling, on rental property mainly in and around Charleston and St. Albans, WV. (I have one in Huntington needing work).
Contract Position.
Examples of what Job will entail are:
Painting, carpet replacement, cleaning, minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, cutting grass, etc
Must have your own basic tools, and transportation.
Looking for trustworthy candidate with good attitude, good communication skills and ability to keep track of to-do items, and follow directions.
Hourly rate depends on qualifications and speed/efficiency. $16.00/hr. More or less
