The ITS Specialist is a frontline technical expert responsible for keeping Apex’s employees, systems, and field sites running smoothly. This role provides hands-on IT support across corporate, OT, and site environments, ensuring end users have the tools they need to do their jobs effectively. The ITS Specialist troubleshoots technical issues, manages tickets, provisions and secures endpoints, and assists with projects that strengthen Apex’s IT infrastructure.This position sits within the Integrated Technology Solutions (ITS) team, reporting to the ITS Manager. The ITS Specialist works closely with Systems Engineering and SCADA teams as a trusted partner in delivering reliable, secure, and efficient technology.Success in this role looks like responsive, well-documented ticket resolution, improved stability of systems under their care, and proactive contributions to projects that modernize Apex’s IT environment.
