Material Inspections (75%)Leverage aerospace expertise to inspect finished articles for compliance with FAA/EASA/TCCA Part 21 specifications, customer requirements, and established quality standards.Maintain traceability of material batches and manufacturer information.Issue Discrepancy Reports and Unserviceable Tags for non-conforming materials.Monitor and manage storage conditions for spare materials, initiating corrective actions as needed.Support resolution of customer complaints and collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure proper handling and closure.Address supplier non-conformities by coordinating with the Supply Chain team and suppliers to resolve discrepancies effectively.Oversee non-conforming material handling and material disposition processes.Manage quality escape notifications and execute necessary actions.Ensure compliance with applicable standards for documentation, calibrated tools, and precision equipment in collaboration with the Quality Department.Participate in a rotating 24-hour “On-Call” schedule to support operational needs.2. Records Traceability (15%)Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including material batch and manufacturer traceability records.Record and document non-conformance issues related to business operations.3. Continuous Improvement and Support (10%)Contribute to continuous quality improvement by conducting root cause analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions.Collaborate with Satair’s Material Logistics and Suppliers to address and resolve material non-conformances and quality issues.Work with the SAP Key User team to support electronic data processing functions and Quality Management operations.Represent the Quality Management Department in internal meetings and discussions.Provide assistance and guidance to employees on quality management criteria and processes.
