The Systems Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.  You will ensure the stable operation of the FPCS systems and network connections.  This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all software and communication links and/or collaborating with agency stakeholders. Assist in system design, development, and implementation.Install, configure and maintain hardware and software.Analyze, resolve issues, and determine/provide root cause analysis with details on resolution/restoration,Provide cybersecurity support and documentation for information/operational technology and/or telecommunications systems to obtain favorable assessments and for continuous monitoring of systems throughout their lifecycle.Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and provide remediation support (patching, upgrades, or other support as needed). Ensure records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained.Train staff in how to use systems, software and hardware.Perform troubleshooting and resolution as required.Establish, maintain and manage user accounts.Install, configure, modify and maintain systems, problems with all FPCS hardware, software, all subcomponents of the system, and as needed operating systems, databases, and networks connectivity.Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry regulationsStay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security
