We are a growing company that provides field inspections for mortgage companies, insurance companies, and other clients. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Field Inspector.
Job Overview
As a Field Inspector, you will be responsible for driving to various properties and reporting on their general condition. This primarily involves conducting exterior inspections, which typically take 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
Responsibilities
Driving to properties
Taking photos of the property
Determining occupancy
Noting visual damages
Submitting information via a mobile application
Qualifications
While experience in field inspections is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. The following are key requirements for this position:
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to drive for extended periods
A smartphone capable of submitting results via a mobile application
Must be able to pass a background check
GPS with routing capabilities
Excellent time management skills
Access to an internet connection
