We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the western part of France (Bretagne, Normandy, Pays De La Loire), passionate about technology and customer success, to join our After Sales & Service team :Your responsibilities:Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites accross Western France.Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas, escala, ifollow and others).Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri), and willing to work in shifts and weekends.Some of our projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas (cold storage) and this is not a problem for you with safety systems of work in place.
