Seasonal BBQ trailer is currently seeking cooks for upcoming season. We operate out of Harpers Ferry and Charles Town, WV. Our menu offers traditional American BBQ with strong Asian and Latin influences.
Experienced is preferred, but exceptions can be made for the right candidate. Part-time hours available to start. Full-time hours will become available as season progresses. Pay will be determined on a case by case basis.
We are looking for individuals with a broad culinary knowledge and the ability to work quickly and cleanly. The job will require both prepping and dish washing/cleaning. Applicants should be able to work long hours standing and be able to carry at least 50 lbs.
