Duties
As a Kitchen Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with food preparation and cooking in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Collaborating with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Providing excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
Supporting other kitchen staff as needed, including serving dishes during peak times.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
A background in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus, particularly for those with hotel or banquet experience.
