Come join our great Martinsburg Metro Property Team! You will be working at The Reserve at Berkeley and The Village at Spring Mills. Enjoy a rotating 4X10 schedule with a day off each week and every 3rd week you have a 4 day weekend. Rotating on call.
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely manner
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Qualifications:
General handyman knowledge/experience
Knowledge of the following is Not required but a plus:
General Electrical
General Plumbing
General Carpentry
HVAC knowledge not required but a big plus
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail oriented
Great customer service and communication skills
Interpersonal skills
