- Proven experience in carpentry (residential, commercial or both)
-Proficient with tools and equipment, including power tools
-Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Must have own tools and transportation
-Valid driver's license (preferred)
