Senior Benefit Services is a full-service Insurance Marketing Company (FMO) that is dedicated to helping career and independent insurance agents provide their clients with products that suit their individual needs. The mission for this role will be to process and manage carrier contracting to our career and independent agents in our Hagerstown, MD location.
As you will be interacting with every member of our Operations Center team, professional partners, and agents you also need to have strong communication and writing skills all with excellent attention to detail and responsiveness. Must be a team player, adaptive, and resourceful.
Work Experience:
High School Diploma required
2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred, but not required
Other expectations/skills:
Maintain contact with insurance professionals and carriers
Monitor the online system ensuring accurate data entry
Maintain procedures for contracting agents and agencies
Perform reporting requirements as determined by company President
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and databases
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Hours: Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
