The Part-Time Maintenance/Property Manager is responsible for helping the Regional Manager in managing a manufactured home community in Berkely Springs, WV . This is a part-time position intended for a person with maintenance experience. The person needs to be located in the Berkeley Springs area.
Responsibilities:
Enforce collections
Enforce park rules
Lawn Mowing
Repair Homes and getting them ready for move-in
attend to work orders
Deposit rent payments
Prepare pay or quit letters
Send eviction materials to attorney
Coordinate infill of new homes
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
