RCH Construction a thriving construction company in our region is looking for a new Project Manager (PM) to join our team. The PM should be detail oriented and shall have the ability to read plans, organize and oversee projects from start to finish. They should guarantee that the project is finalized to the contentment of all stakeholders, within the designated budget and timeline. A project manager identifies the project's goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. They communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track. A project manager also evaluates the project's success and identifies areas for improvement in future projects.

?Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in the construction working across different aspects of construction or a degree in construction management with on site experience
You are a proven project manager who knows how to build project briefs, timelines, and hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
Experienced in supervising and mentoring different types of creatives at different levels of experience and abilities.
Detail oriented and organized enough to deliver pixel perfect quality, on time.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Hands-on, self-driven, highly motivated, team-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
