Restaurant Managers with casual dining experience needed for Fairmont, WV and the surrounding areasâ¨
Job Summary:
Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages. Excellent advancement potential!
Tasks and Duties:
Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.
Resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
Comply with all health and safety regulations. Review and monitor, with bookkeeper or other financial personnel, expenditures.
Work to improve performance.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years plus restaurant FOH & BOH management experience, "preferably with a large chain that operates multiple locations".
Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff.
Pleasant, polite manner for dealing with public as well as staff.
Hands on management expertise
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Desire to grow and advance
Position is full time with a minimum first yearâs income $50,000, excellent benefits: Fully funded 401k, optical, Dental & Prescription Drug Insurance
