Description of Listing - Looking for part time workers to clean units when they turnover or when tenants request a paid clean. The rate will be 15-20 dollars an hour based on experience, and hours are semi-flexible. The turn around time is usually within a 5 day range, this is due to the fact that we usually have a 5 day turnaround period between leases. That being said you can pick and choose what times/date work best for you within a 5 day range. This work is very seasonal and is part time, but based on work ethic and prodution it can become a full time role. May and June is our busiest time and other months will vary.
Description of Role - To do a deep clean of a unit and report any obvious damages (holes in walls, stains on floor, broken door, etc) - Must follow checklist provided by Red Brick Properties.
Wages - 1099 at 15-20 Dollars Per Hour, based on experience
Employment Status - Part-Time and flexible
