Locally-based electrical & low voltage contractor looking for full and part-time Low Voltage Technicians and Electricians. Must be willing to travel regionally. Typically home on weekends. Must have a driver's license. Competitive pay and leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Install and repair data & fiber optic cabling
Install various types of raceway systems
Install communication devices
Terminate CAT5E / CAT6 & fiber optic cable
Troubleshoot low voltage systems
Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Install and troubleshoot phone lines
Qualifications:
Experience and/or training in both or either low voltage communication/data cabling systems and/or electrical wiring systems
Closed-circuit television (CCTV) installation experience preferred
Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Familiarity with testing equipment and hand tools
Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scissor lifts, and operate in various heights
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
