We’re looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Cook to join our team at NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park, set on stunning Dunghutti Country.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people, and wants to Kitchen Cook in a fun, friendly environment rather than a high-pressure city kitchen.What You'll DoNo two days are the same, but you can expect to:Prepare and Kitchen Cook quality meals for our guests in a timely, consistent mannerSupport menu preparation and contribute ideas for simple, tasty holiday favouritesMaintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen in line with food safety standardsAssist with stock rotation, labelling and basic orderingWork closely with the wider park team to help deliver a great guest experienceWhat You'll BringYou’re someone who:Enjoys Kitchen Cooking and takes pride in presenting quality, well-prepared foodCan stay calm and organised during busy service periodsWorks well in a small, collaborative team and is happy to pitch in where neededHas good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitudeIs willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and school holidaysRequired qualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:Minimum Certificate III in Kitchen OperationsCurrent RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)Safe Food Certificate or Safe Food Supervisor CertificateWhat’s in it for you?
