Full-Time Maintenance Technician Position
Needed for rental property maintenance throughout Mercer County, WV (Bluefield, Princeton, Bluewell, etc)
Must have @ least 2 years experience in the rental property maintenance profession
Must have electrical experience (certification is a plus)
Must be able to provide references
Must be able to pass random drug screenings
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have your own tools
Must have a clean criminal record
Must use your own TRUCK as transportation to and from properties - Do NOT apply if you do not have a truck or trailer to haul materials
Must be able to work Mondays through Fridays 9am to 5pm
Pay based on knowledge, experience, and performance
