We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join our collaborative team and turn complex operational data into actionable strategic insights. In this position, you will own the collection, analysis and interpretation of metrics that directly influence our day-to-day delivery performance. By tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and engineering clear dashboards, you will highlight inefficiencies and guide cross-functional teams toward high-impact process improvements.What you will do: Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyse and interpret data to support decision-making processes and improve the efficiency of our supply chain.Reporting: Develop, maintain and distribute reports and dashboards that track supply chain performance metrics such as delivery speed.Software Utilization: Utilize data analytics tools and software, including Excel, SQL and PowerBI, to manage and analyse data effectively.Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize supply chain processes and metrics.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with broader business objectives.
