WEST COAST CANDIDATES PREFERRED FOR THIS ROLE.As a Client Success Manager, you will partner with both our Client Executive, on the Experian Health Sales team, regarding the expansion of the products.You will also partner with the Relationship Manager, to build, and maintain, trusting relationships with our customers and partner with the Support and Optimization teams to ensure the best client experience.You will understand our Experian Health product capabilities and provide consultative guidance to clients throughout their life cycle.You'll have opportunity to:Acclimate and understand, our client's implementation to facilitate updates, additions, and fixes to client setupPartner with Customer Support, Optimization, Product, and Development teams to help clients navigate tickets and enhancement requests with minimal delay.Evaluate customer use of Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status and (ERA) Electronic Remittance Advice products to recommend best practices configuration and solutions to improve the customer experienceDevelop expertise in Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status and (ERA) Electronic Remittance Advice product suitePartner with Relationship Manager on Quarterly Business Reviews, showcasing client successes and Return on investment for Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status and (ERA) Electronic remittance adviceDevelop comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by identifying important metrics and success factors.
