As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the production team, responsible for training employees, planning production, and other supervisory duties. Responsible for production line planning/progress, delivery and lines productivity (the number of good pieces in the standard available production time).
Responsible for employees' training regarding all the production stations of the line she/he is responsible for.
Responsible for daily productivity board updating.
Organizing people to respect/follow the assigned/given daily production target.
Monitors hourly production productivity versus the given targets.

Prior experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
