This role offers a range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.This role supports the procurement and sourcing of materials and services across INX and its affiliates, while managing day-to-day supplier interactions, maintaining procurement master data accuracy, and tracking price and index movements to ensure data integrity and cost transparency.  It's a key connection between Procurement, Supply Chain, and internal business teams to help optimize supplier performance and material cost visibility. As a Procurement Specialist, your responsibilities include:  Maintain and update SAP material master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with INX procurement and reporting standards Assist in purchasing goods, materials, and services on terms that align with INX’s best interests while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures Track and compile supplier pricing data, cost indices, and market trends to support Procurement in evaluating cost movements and supplier competitivenessSupport the development and maintenance of vendor scorecards, monitoring supplier quality, service, contract compliance, and rebate activitySupport Procurement, Planning, Production, R&D, Legal, and Quality teams through consistent communication and data sharing to ensure alignment and problem resolution Stay informed on supplier and market conditions impacting material availability, pricing, and risk to proactively inform sourcing decisionsMaintain steady contact with INX sites and vendors to coordinate material flow, improve responsiveness, and sustain alignment across departmentsGenerate and distribute procurement reports and dashboards on pricing trends, supplier KPIs, and material cost visibility using SAP, Power BI, and Excel.Recommend improvements to enhance data integrity, cost efficiency, and operational flow. Participate in team initiatives focused on process optimization and fiscal discipline.
