Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the processing of second hand electronics, mainly in mobile phones,  ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.Oversee the device inspection, testing, cleaning, and refurbishment processes to meet company standards and industry regulations.Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate tracking of devices throughout the processing stages.Manage and supervise a team of processing technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members.Able to understand and adapt with the current technology that can be implemented to the QA process. Describe the responsibilities and keys to success of the job
