Experience with design and development of plate-based biochemical or cellular assays, using different detection methods (e.g. spectrophotometric, radiometric, colorimetric, fluorescence, etc.)Experience with HPLC or HPLC-MS based assay technologies or biophysical techniques and instrumentation (e.g. SPR, DSF, etc.) to measure binding affinity and kinetic parametersDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively to advance drug discovery projects in a highly cross-functional environmentMaintain accurate and up to date documentation of all laboratory activities (notebooks, databases).Ability to troubleshoot experimental design, assay development and/or data analysis.Comfort in operating and overseeing maintenance of selected lab equipment.
