Staffing Assistant- Home Care
The Staffing Assistant uses her/his organizational skills to manage and maintain a dynamic schedule of Caregivers assigned to home care clients throughout Allegheny and surrounding counties; assuring proper and effective staff coverage for each of the company's clients. Our clients are highly dependent on the services we provide, and proper service begins with the proper staffing of each shift. Top performers in this position are able to be resourceful and creative in solving complex scheduling challenges; and confident in their abilities to make proper decisions without a lot of oversight.
Job Purpose:
Helps staffing managers and new employees by screening, interviewing, and follow-up on probationary period; sets and maintains client and employee schedules; covers call offs with qualified staff; assures accurate pay and bill processes.
