We are looking for reliable, hard-working renovation contractors to help us with a large project in the Richmond Mobile Home Park. We have 20 mobile homes that need to be renovated, and we are ready to start immediately.
What We Need Help With:
General mobile home repairs (floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, etc.)
Painting (interior & exterior)
Plumbing & electrical repairs (as needed)
Skirting, steps, and exterior improvements
Kitchen & bathroom updates
Clean-outs and prep work

Who We’re Looking For:
Independent contractors or small crews
Experienced with home renovation (mobile home experience is a plus but not required)
