Kelly Services is partnered with a financial wellness company in the Appleton, WI area in search of a full-time Member Service Representative! This role is temp-to-hire with the company and offers growth opportunities and great benefits.Pay Rate: $21/hourPaid weeklyShift/Hours:
Rotating weeks
Week 1: Mon - Fri , 8:15am-5:15pm
Week 2: Mon - Wed, 8:15 - 5:15pm, Thu - Fri, 9:15 pm - 6:15 pm; Sat, 7:45 - 12:15 (will then have a ½ day off during the week, the day of the week might change)
Job overview:Member Service Representatives are tasked with delivering excellent service to our customers and identifying suitable products and services to meet their needs. This involves fostering relationships and facilitating financial solutions, aiding customers in achieving their financial goals.Responsibilities include:
Meeting with customers to understand their financial requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions from available products and services.
Handling the opening and maintenance of various accounts, including savings, checking, certificates, and retirement accounts.
Addressing customer inquiries and resolving account-related issues.
Assisting customers with consumer and real estate loan applications, as well as offering tailored protection solutions.
Achieving or surpassing individual and branch targets.
Promoting and educating customers about financial products and services.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Contributing positively to the community through volunteer work.
Undertaking receptionist and teller duties when required.
Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of customer service experience.
Previous experience in lending and financial services is advantageous.
Possession or ability to obtain necessary licensing.
Proficiency in proactive and responsive communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with assertive sales approaches.
Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in cash handling and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
