Month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and accrual calculations.
Prepare and distribute financial statements in compliance with GAAP and VF guidelines.
Perform account reconciliations and analyze/report results.
Lead financial analysis and variance explanations.
Manage special projects and ad hoc reporting.
Mentor and guide accounting staff.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Advanced organizational, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
High level of integrity and problem-solving capability.
Flexibility to work over 40 hours per week if necessary.
