We are committed to delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction, making us a leader in the industry.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Property Managers to execute landscape maintenance and projects, ensuring timely completion within project deadlines.Maintain a safe, high-quality, and productive work environment at all job sites and the yard.Engage in training and mentoring to learn safe and effective methods for task execution.Work as part of a team with Maintenance Managers and other Landscape Technicians to complete projects from start to finish.Operate various tools and equipment, both light and heavy, safely and efficiently.Participate in all types of landscape maintenance activities, including fertilization, organic care, mowing, trimming, and snow removal during winter.Conduct daily preventative maintenance on tools and equipment through inspections, lubrication, and cleaning.Interpret job folders, blueprints, and specifications to guide work activities.Ensure exceptional customer service to help grow the business and meet client expectations.Work closely with crew technicians to ensure job quality and completion meet or exceed expectations.Build strong working relationships with all Operations Team members to foster a collaborative and positive culture.Maintain punctuality and professionalism to uphold company standards.Qualifications0 to 3 years of experience in the landscape or construction industry.Knowledge or experience in horticulture, landscape design, or construction is a plus.High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; a degree in horticulture or a related field is a plus.Valid driver’s license required; CDL license or ability to obtain one is a plus.Possession of or ability to obtain a pesticide license.Ability to perform regular heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.Proficiency in operating required equipment and tools safely and responsibly.Competence in using a smartphone or data-enabled device for communication and reporting.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.Strong initiative and proactive approach to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.Effective verbal and written communication skills.
