Maintenance Technician Full Time
We are looking for a reliable experienced maintenance technician for the fond du lac area.
Qualified Applicants must be a team player and strongwork ethics and able to pay high attention to detail, be a quick mover and must have a can do attitude and work closely with property managers, residents, and other employees.
Duties to Include
Light painting, Landscaping snow removal, brush trimming bushes, Turnovers of units when tenants vacate.
Minor Plumbing, Electrical repair
Qualifications
Must have valid driver license and a reliable vehicle.
